Outside of real estate, Jazz is an entrepreneur, toy collector, and business owner who has spent years building relationships within the collectibles community. Alongside her husband Scott "Juice" Coleson, she has helped connect collectors, investors, and families with opportunities that support their dreams.

Scott "Juice" Coleson is the Acquisitions Manager for Coleson Cribs & Land Investments, working alongside his wife and business partner, Jasmine "Jazz" Coleson. Together, they have spent years building businesses, buying and selling collectibles, connecting with collectors across the country, and helping people find opportunities that fit their goals.

Known for his easygoing personality and strong eye for value, Scott specializes in identifying investment opportunities, sourcing properties, and helping clients evaluate potential acquisitions. Whether it's a rental property, a piece of land, a future toy store location, or a warehouse for inventory, he enjoys helping people see the potential in a property.

Outside of real estate, Scott is a lifelong toy collector, artist, musician, and entrepreneur. He and Jazz have built businesses together, traveled unique paths together, and share a passion for helping others create space for the things they love.
